Trading Rules

Objectives, drawdown, news, EAs, and payout conditions for Fund X Elite and Pro.

What Is A Prop Firm?

These companies let individual traders trade with the firm's capital. In return, the firm shares profits and provides a professional desk. You are not risking client funds — you trade the firm's capital.

The benefits of trading with Fund X include access to capital, risk mitigation, a high profit split, and a path to grow as a funded trader.

Restricted Countries

We cannot accept traders from the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and other sanctioned jurisdictions. If your country is restricted, the checkout will not be available.

Profit Target

To become a funded trader you must hit the profit objective of your chosen challenge.

Fund X Elite is a 2-step evaluation: Phase 1 is 8% and Phase 2 is 5% of the starting balance, in closed profit with no open trades.

Fund X Pro is a 1-step evaluation with a 10% profit target.

Daily Loss Rule

The maximum daily drawdown is a fixed percentage of your starting balance and does not trail during the day.

Example on a $100,000 account with a 5% daily limit: the breach level is $95,000. If the next day starts at $95,000, the new daily limit is 5% of starting balance logic as published on your challenge card.

Max Loss Rule

The overall max loss is measured from the starting balance. On a $100,000 account with a 12% max drawdown, the account fails if equity or balance reaches $88,000.

Profits do not raise the max-loss floor. Always respect the daily loss rule as well — either breach closes the account.

News Trading

News trading is allowed during the evaluation. On a funded account, profit from trades opened or closed within 10 minutes of a high-impact red-folder event is not counted toward payouts.

We use Forex Factory as the red-folder reference. Deductions are applied at withdrawal, not as an instant account breach.

Weekend Holding

You may hold trades over the weekend unless your specific challenge card says otherwise. Swap and gap risk remain your responsibility.

Is There A Payout Limit?

The maximum profit counted toward a single payout is 5% of the starting account balance. Amounts above that reset after the payout is processed.

Example: on a $200,000 account the first $10,000 of profit is eligible for the split.

Bots & EAs

Expert Advisors and custom indicators are allowed when they are unique to you. Mass-market or copy-traded EAs that create identical risk across many accounts are prohibited.

Failure to follow this rule can result in account termination.

Prohibited Trading Strategies

Hedging inside one account is allowed. Hedging or reverse trading across different accounts, group hedging, account management services, and sharing logins are prohibited and can lead to a ban.

Requesting A Payout

Once funded, request a payout from the dashboard after you meet the minimum trading days and any first-withdrawal window shown on your challenge.

Am I Trading Real Capital?

Evaluation accounts are simulated. Funded accounts are traded under Fund X risk limits. Payouts are paid from firm capital when rules are met.

Consistency Rule

Traders must complete a minimum of 5 trading days before each withdrawal. At request time we review history and may adjust balances for trades outside your normal range.

Payout Main Rules

Keep the daily loss and max drawdown rules. Do not breach news windows on funded accounts. Submit KYC before the first payout. Use the same identity as your checkout Gmail.

Lot Size & Risk Consistency

Trade size should stay in a normal band for your account. Jumping from micro lots to a single oversized ticket that makes most of the profit is reviewed at payout.

We look at average lot size, not a hard cap. Keep risk per idea similar from day to day.

Inactivity

Funded accounts that show no trading activity for 30 consecutive calendar days may be archived. Evaluation accounts have unlimited time, but a long idle funded login can be closed for risk.

Leverage & Margin

Server leverage is a ceiling, not a recommendation. If a position hits daily loss or max drawdown, the account fails even if margin was still available.

Stop-outs from margin call count as a rule breach if they print a daily or overall loss beyond the limit.

Copy Trading & Signals

Copying another trader, a public signal channel, or a trade copier that mirrors someone else’s book is not allowed. Your execution must be independent.

No rules match that search.
