Getting started

What is Fund X, and is trading simulated?
Fund X offers trading evaluations on simulated accounts. The challenge fee is an evaluation fee, not a deposit of trading capital. After passing, eligible funded rewards are paid when the trading and payout rules are met.
How do I start a challenge?
Choose Elite, Pro or Pay Later, then select an account size. Elite and Pro require checkout before activation. Pay Later starts without an upfront fee, with the activation fee due after you pass the final evaluation phase. Issued MT5 credentials appear in your dashboard.
Do I risk my own capital?
No. The challenge fee is a one-time evaluation cost. You are not depositing trading capital. If you breach a rule, the account fails and you can buy a new challenge.
Which countries are restricted?
We cannot onboard traders from the United States or from sanctioned jurisdictions such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. If your country is restricted, checkout is blocked.

Account & KYC

When do I complete KYC?
KYC is required before the first payout. You can submit documents as soon as you are funded. Use a government ID that matches the name on your Fund X profile.
What documents are accepted?
A passport or national ID plus a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, under 3 months). Photos must be sharp, uncropped, and not edited. Selfies must show the same person as the ID.
How do I change profile details?
Use dashboard Settings to update photo and contact fields. The Gmail used at checkout is the account key for payouts and cannot be swapped to a different person.

Referrals

How does Refer & Earn work?
Every trader gets a personal link such as /start/?ref=YOURCODE. When someone buys a challenge through it, you earn 10% of the fee they paid. After 5 successful sales you can submit a withdraw request from the dashboard.
When can I withdraw referral commission?
After at least 5 referred purchases, open Refer & Earn and send a withdraw request. Admin reviews it and pays the accrued 10% commissions. Self-referrals and fake checkouts are removed.

Account overview

What happens after I pass my evaluation?
Complete every phase of your selected challenge while respecting its trading rules. Your account then goes through review before funded access is issued. For Pay Later, the activation fee becomes payable after the final evaluation phase. Check your dashboard for the next step and contact support if you need help.
Do the same rules apply to every Fund X account?
Each program has its own objectives and risk limits. Elite, Pro and Pay Later can have different daily loss limits, maximum drawdown, minimum trading days and profit splits. Check the program comparison below and the conditions on your own account. Keep following the applicable risk rules after funding.

Evaluation

What is the difference between Elite and Pro?
Elite is a two-phase evaluation; Pro has one evaluation phase. Pay Later is a separate two-phase program with payment after passing. Objectives, loss limits and profit splits depend on the program. See the current program comparison under Funded Accounts and the conditions shown on your own challenge.
Is there a time limit to pass the challenge?
No. Elite and Pro evaluations have no time limit. You still need to meet the profit target and follow all trading rules.
How does Fund X Pay Later work?
Pay Later lets you begin the evaluation without an upfront challenge fee. Complete all evaluation phases and follow the program rules, then pay the activation fee before receiving funded access. The fee depends on your selected account size. Pay Later has its own risk limits and profit split; review its challenge card before starting.
What account sizes can I buy?
Both shots offer $10K, $15K, $25K, $50K, $100K, and $200K. Popular size is $100K. Use coupon NEWDREAMS for 15% off at checkout.
Can I run more than one challenge?
Yes. You can hold multiple Fund X accounts. Hedging or reverse trading across different accounts is prohibited. Each login must be traded independently with its own risk.
What are the profit targets?
Each evaluation phase has a closed-profit target based on the starting balance. Elite and Pay Later have two phases; Pro has one. Meet the target and minimum trading days with no open positions and without a rule breach. Current targets are listed in the program comparison under Funded Accounts. The objectives assigned to your account appear in your dashboard.
Profit Target
Complete the closed-profit target and minimum trading days for every phase of your chosen program, with no open trades and no rule breach. Elite and Pay Later have two evaluation phases; Pro has one. Use your dashboard objectives and the current program comparison under Funded Accounts for the applicable targets.

Risk rules

Policy on news trading and weekend holding
News trading is allowed during evaluation. On a funded account, profit from trades opened or closed within 10 minutes of a high-impact (red-folder) event is not counted toward payouts. We use Forex Factory as the calendar reference. Weekend holding is allowed unless your challenge card says otherwise; swap and gap risk stay with you.
Can I use an Expert Advisor (EA)?
Yes, unique EAs and indicators are allowed. Mass-market, shared, or copy-traded EAs that create identical risk across accounts are prohibited. Your trading must be independent.
What trading strategies are prohibited?
Hedging inside one account is allowed. Group hedging, reverse trading across accounts, account-management services, tick scalping that exploits feed delay, latency arbitrage, and sharing logins are prohibited.
Is there a consistency or lot-size rule?
You need at least 5 trading days before a withdrawal. Risk should stay in a normal range for your account. A single day that produces most of the profit, or a sudden jump to much larger lots, can be reviewed and adjusted at payout time.
Can I use a VPN or trade from multiple IPs?
A stable connection is fine. Using a VPN to hide location from a restricted country, or sharing one account across many IPs and devices as if several people trade it, is treated as a breach.
What Is A Prop Firm?
These companies let individual traders trade with the firm's capital. In return, the firm shares profits and provides a professional desk. You are not risking client funds — you trade the firm's capital.

The benefits of trading with Fund X include access to capital, risk mitigation, a high profit split, and a path to grow as a funded trader.
Restricted Countries
We cannot accept traders from the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and other sanctioned jurisdictions. If your country is restricted, the checkout will not be available.
News Trading
News trading is allowed during the evaluation. On a funded account, profit from trades opened or closed within 10 minutes of a high-impact red-folder event is not counted toward payouts.

We use Forex Factory as the red-folder reference. Deductions are applied at withdrawal, not as an instant account breach.
Weekend Holding
You may hold trades over the weekend unless your specific challenge card says otherwise. Swap and gap risk remain your responsibility.
Bots & EAs
Expert Advisors and custom indicators are allowed when they are unique to you. Mass-market or copy-traded EAs that create identical risk across many accounts are prohibited.

Failure to follow this rule can result in account termination.
Prohibited Trading Strategies
Hedging inside one account is allowed. Hedging or reverse trading across different accounts, group hedging, account management services, and sharing logins are prohibited and can lead to a ban.
Requesting A Payout
Once funded, request a payout from the dashboard after you meet the minimum trading days and any first-withdrawal window shown on your challenge.
Am I Trading Real Capital?
Evaluation accounts are simulated. Funded accounts are traded under Fund X risk limits. Payouts are paid from firm capital when rules are met.
Consistency Rule
Traders must complete a minimum of 5 trading days before each withdrawal. At request time we review history and may adjust balances for trades outside your normal range.
Payout Main Rules
Keep the daily loss and max drawdown rules. Do not breach news windows on funded accounts. Submit KYC before the first payout. Use the same identity as your checkout Gmail.
Lot Size & Risk Consistency
Trade size should stay in a normal band for your account. Jumping from micro lots to a single oversized ticket that makes most of the profit is reviewed at payout.

We look at average lot size, not a hard cap. Keep risk per idea similar from day to day.
Inactivity
Funded accounts that show no trading activity for 30 consecutive calendar days may be archived. Evaluation accounts have unlimited time, but a long idle funded login can be closed for risk.
Leverage & Margin
Server leverage is a ceiling, not a recommendation. If a position hits daily loss or max drawdown, the account fails even if margin was still available.

Stop-outs from margin call count as a rule breach if they print a daily or overall loss beyond the limit.
Copy Trading & Signals
Copying another trader, a public signal channel, or a trade copier that mirrors someone else’s book is not allowed. Your execution must be independent.

Loss limits

What are the daily and overall loss limits?
Daily and overall loss limits depend on your selected program; Pay Later has different limits from Elite and Pro. Review the current program comparison under Funded Accounts and the dollar limits assigned in your dashboard. Floating losses count: keep equity above both the daily-loss floor and the overall maximum-loss floor.
How does max drawdown work?
The overall maximum-loss amount is based on your account's starting balance and assigned limit. Its floor does not trail upward with profits. Equity at or below the starting balance minus the allowed maximum loss breaches the account. Daily loss is monitored separately; respect both limits. See the current program comparison under Funded Accounts.
Daily Loss Rule
The allowed daily-loss amount comes from your account's assigned limit. The monitor compares current equity with the recorded UTC day-opening balance minus that amount. Floating losses count. Keep equity above this floor and the separate overall-loss floor. Your program and dashboard show the applicable limits.
Max Loss Rule
The maximum-loss floor is the starting balance minus the assigned overall-loss amount. It does not rise when you make a profit. Equity at or below this floor breaches the account. The daily-loss limit is checked separately. Use the limits assigned to your own account; current program settings are shown under Funded Accounts.

Trading & MT5

Which platform do I trade on?
Fund X challenge and funded accounts use MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Your account credentials are available in your dashboard after payment. Do not share your login details.
What instruments can I trade?
Forex majors and minors, metals, and the indices offered on your MT5 server. If a symbol is missing, it is not enabled for that account. Exotic symbols may have wider swaps and gaps.
What leverage do I get?
Leverage is set on the MT5 server for your challenge size. Use it as a risk tool, not a target. Oversized positions that trip daily loss in one trade still fail the account even if leverage allowed the lot size.
What if I forget my MT5 password?
Open dashboard → Account and copy the current login details. If the password was rotated by risk, contact support@fundxprop.com from the same Gmail you used at checkout.

Payments & activation

Where can I find the fee for my account size?
Choose a program and account size in the challenge section. The displayed price is the fee for that selection. Review the final checkout total, including any selected add-ons or discount, before paying. For Pay Later, the activation fee is due after you pass the final evaluation phase.
How do I make a cryptocurrency payment?
Open the payment page for your order and use the cryptocurrency and network shown there. Send the exact requested amount to the displayed address before the payment deadline. Check the network and address carefully; using a different network can prevent the payment from being credited. Keep the transaction hash as your payment reference.
My payment is sent, but my account is not active. What should I do?
A submitted payment still needs confirmation and review before account activation. Check the order status in your dashboard. If it remains pending, contact Fund X support with your order number, transaction hash, cryptocurrency, network and amount. Do not send another payment for the same order unless support asks you to.
Is a challenge fee a deposit into my trading balance?
No. A challenge fee or Pay Later activation fee pays for the selected Fund X program. It is separate from the simulated trading balance shown in MT5. Do not send personal deposits to an MT5 account to increase its balance or repair a loss-limit breach.

Withdrawals & profit split

When can I request my first payout?
Once funded, complete at least 5 trading days and pass KYC using the identity on your Fund X profile. If the account meets the trading rules, you can request your first payout from the dashboard. The challenge cards list the first-withdrawal window as 'Anytime'.
How much of my profit can I withdraw?
Your eligible funded profit is paid according to the profit split assigned to your program. Current splits are shown in the Funded Accounts comparison. The profit counted toward a single payout is capped at 5% of starting balance before applying your split. Profit above the cap resets after processing. News-window, consistency, minimum trading days and KYC requirements also apply.
Is there a payout limit?
The maximum profit counted toward a single payout is 5% of starting balance. On a $200,000 account the first $10,000 of profit is eligible for the split. Amounts above that reset after the payout is processed.
How fast are payouts?
After KYC is approved and the request passes rule checks, crypto payouts are processed quickly. Network confirmation time depends on the asset you choose (USDT, BTC, or others listed in Assets).
